  • Monitor team performance through metrics and KPIs, identifying risks early and driving corrective actions.
  • Lead planning activities including PI Planning and iteration planning, ensuring clear structure and accountability.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt cycles and data‑driven decision making.
  • Implement and maintain policies, governance, and engineering best practices across teams.
  • Support knowledge sharing and capability building across the engineering organization.
Requirements
  • Strong experience leading engineering teams in an Agile environment, with exposure to SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Proven track record delivering complex software projects through structured Agile delivery (iterations, backlog, PI planning).
  • Experience with Core Banking or other similar products would be highly desirable.
  • Experience operating within Agile Release Trains, managing cross‑team dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Strong understanding of engineering best practices, Dev Ops, and modern software delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching teams and improving Agile maturity.
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners and managing backlogs, features, and user stories.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and delivery timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Data‑driven approach to decision making, with experience using delivery metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to assess current state processes and drive measurable improvements.
  • Adaptive, pragmatic leadership style suited to a complex, evolving environment.
