Computer User Support Specialist - to provide technical support to staff in a tax and accounting office; install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and software, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and Quick Books; maintain the office network, perform system backups, and manage security tools such as antivirus, firewall, and cloud-based systems; support end-users with tax and accounting applications; document IT processes and assist in training non-technical staff as needed.

Reqs:
