IT Consultant, Systems Developer, IT Support
This Senior Service Now Developer position in Orlando, FL is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, or implementing, and maintaining Service Now applications tailored to specifications and organizational needs. Designs, develops, deploys, and supports custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the Service Now platform. Collaborates with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver and support business solutions.
- Hybrid – onsite Monday-Wednesday
- Quarterly travel to Columbus for town halls (2 days)
- Design, develop, deploy, and support custom applications, integrations, and workflows within the Service Now platform.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver and support business solutions.
- Create and refine prototypes for user testing and feedback analysis.
- Review and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user guides.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve defects or issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, technical and security standards, and recommend Service Now platform governance.
- Mentor other developers, assist in code reviews, and oversee deployments.
- Contribute to the evolution of standards and best practices.
- Ensure uptime and stability of the Service Now platform.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s in computer science, software engineering, or related field experience preferred.
- 5+ years development experience with Service Now.
- 4+ years with Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience in Platform Management, Custom Application Development, mentoring, and architecture.
- Service Now Application Developer (CAD) and/or Service Now System Administrator (CSA) certifications preferred.
