Job Description
City:Burbank/Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL
Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week, no flexibility)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate Range: Upto $78.5/hr on W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B
Must Have:
- Airtable (formulas, automations, interfaces, scripting with JavaScript)
- Airtable native development only (no reliance on third-party tools like Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Strong experience working directly in Airtable bases (not just interfaces)
- Airtable base design, data modeling, and schema optimization
- Record-level permissions, data visibility, and access control design
- API integrations (limited, where required)
- Experience syncing data across Airtable bases using native features
- Low-code/no-code platform configuration (3-5+ years)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Configure and maintain Airtable bases for vendor intake and contract lifecycle workflows
- Build automations, interfaces, and scripts to improve process efficiency
- Design solutions primarily using Airtable native capabilities with minimal external tools
- Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing Airtable applications
- Document architecture, configurations, and integrations
- Support sprint planning and execution with product and scrum teams
- Drive knowledge transfer and standardization across tools
- 3-5+ years hands-on Airtable development in production environments
- Strong experience with Airtable scripting using Java Script
- Proven experience building workflows fully within Airtable
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Vendor management or contract lifecycle systems experience
- Data governance and compliance exposure
- Background in business analysis or product configuration
- Backend coding experience
- Role requires building and optimizing workflows entirely within Airtable (no dependency on third-party automation tools)
- Candidates must demonstrate strong base-level Airtable expertise, not just interface usage
- Experience with permissions, data visibility, and controlled access is critical
