Overview

Nemours is seeking a Microsoft Teams Administrator to join our Nemours Children's Health team. Preferred location is Orlando, Florida, but may consider a remote employee.

The Microsoft Teams Administrator's primary focus will be on implementing, managing, and optimizing the Microsoft Teams environment, alongside other Microsoft collaboration tools within the M365 suite. This role is key to enhancing communication and collaboration, ensuring the efficient and secure use of Microsoft Teams and related technologies. You must demonstrate exceptional technical expertise in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and related collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities
  • The Microsoft Teams environment is utilized across Nemours Health System for collaboration, multimedia events leveraging Microsoft Live, data sharing/repository and meetings. This role requires expertise in O365 including Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
  • Nemours is in the process of rolling out Microsoft Teams phone for specific users, primarily Nemours telecommuters initially. This role will play a key role in the continued deployment of Microsoft Teams Phone and the underlying voice architecture.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with end users, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements and transform them into efficient and scalable Microsoft Teams solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Teams Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams architecture, security, configuration, and deployment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, One Drive, Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online.
  • Microsoft Teams Phone experience a plus. RAMP P2P eCDN experience also a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Teams administration and governance, including policies, security, and compliance.
  • Experience with third-party integration solutions and tools compatible with Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee's supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, however, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience required.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Teams Architect or similar role.
  • Experience with O365 and Microsoft Teams required.
  • Certifications a plus.
