Sr. Acumatica Implementation Consultant

About the role:

Senior Acumatica Implementation Consultant to join our growing CLA Digital Team. As a Senior Consultant, you will support our clients by implementing Acumatica following prescribed methodology.

• Setup system and configure according to customer requirements.
• Train end users on the Acumatica system.
• Assist customers with data conversions.
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Acumatica tools.
• Setup and configure third‑party integration tools.
• Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
• Provide technical support to clients as needed.

• BS/BA degree in Accounting. Associate degree and appropriate experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis in some cases.
• Some accounting experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience required – preferably with Acumatica accounting software, performing Acumatica implementations or end‑user experience.
• Experience with other ERP packages including Net Suite, Sage and/or Dynamics is a plus, but not required.
• Occasional overnight travel required (up to 20%).

• 2+ years experience with Acumatica field service – build and training.
• Accounting and construction industry background preferred.
• Strong client service skills and strong communication skills.
• Enjoys consulting and wants to move into coaching new consultants.
• Enjoys working as a team and will align with our approach.
