Responsibilities
- Own and support CRM systems (data integrity, workflows, automation, user support)
- Manage and optimize departments automation processes and system integrations
- Maintain and improve internal and broker-facing platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign and system performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process standardization
- 5-7+ years of experience in CRM Administration, Business Systems, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Go High Level, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and process optimization
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
