Job Summary
Our client, a leading media & entertainment provider, is seeking a Project Coordinator - Commerce Tech to join their team. This position is located in Orlando, Florida.
Core Responsibilities- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Maintain and organize Jira boards
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met
- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Support operational forecasting and resource planning in Clarity MyPPM
- Track and manage project-related budgets
- Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items
- Maintain project documentation (status reports, risk logs, issue tracking)
- Coordinate resources and equipment needed for project execution
- Assist with resource allocation and utilization tracking
- Support QA activities to ensure deliverables meet standards
- Assist with project reviews and audits
- Identify and assess project risks
- Help implement and monitor mitigation strategies
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics
- Assist with travel, expenses, and procurement activities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business and project teams
- Participate in lessons learned sessions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and Share Point
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated passion for learning
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, prompt engineering)
- Smartsheet automation experience
- Familiarity with Clarity MyPPM
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $55.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums. - Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans
