Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the Performance Excellence Team, supporting multiple high-impact, global technology initiatives. This role will focus on projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, automation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly analytical, and capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilit
ies

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals
• Create business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and support decision-making
• Design and evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with technical architecture and business objectives
• Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions
• Support change management by helping stakeholders transition to new processes or systems
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for transparent status and task tracking
• Assist with project tracking, preparing weekly updates, reports, and meeting agendas
• Schedule and facilitate status meetings with key project stakeholders
• Engage stakeholders to validate scope, confirm tasks, and prevent scope creep

• 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and writing technical business documents in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data analysis
• Experience using Power Automate to create and implement automated workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query
• Strong note-taking and documentation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Experience with Share Point
• Background in finance or accounting
• Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma principles
• Exposure to JIRA or willingness to learn

• No certifications required
• Certifications in LEAN/Six Sigma, Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA), or Power Platform tools are a plus
