- Troubleshoot system issues and answer real-time questions, especially during daily purchasing and inventory processing, as Craftable Software Purchasing Support
- Spot-check data, correct errors, and verify compliance with established purchasing processes as Craftable Software Purchasing Support
- Support broad system adoption by working with both management and clerical personnel as Craftable Software Purchasing Support
