Summary
The Cority Administrator is the hands‑on technical owner of the Cority platform. This Level II role is responsible for system configuration, access governance, testing, and ongoing operational support to ensure the platform remains stable, compliant, and aligned with business and clinical requirements. This role operates across technical, functional, and compliance domains to maintain and evolve the platform in a controlled and audit‑ready manner.
Pay Rate
: $120,000 / year
- Configure and maintain Cority Employee Health Essentials modules
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access governance
- Support SSO configuration and authentication readiness
- Develop and execute UAT test cases; perform release validation and smoke testing
- Validate platform configuration and workflow functionality
- Support demographic and organizational data management processes
- Maintain questionnaires, picklists, notifications, and reporting elements
- Provide Tier‑1 system support and triage user issues
- Document configurations, test results, processes, and decisions
- Support ongoing platform enhancements and configuration updates
- Ensure system usage aligns with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Systems, or related field preferred
- 6–10 years of experience as an application or systems administrator
- Hands‑on experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (EHR, EHS, HRIS, CRM, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience performing functional testing or UAT
- Experience working across IT, security, and business stakeholders
- Vendor administrator certification (Cority or comparable platform)
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance‑bound SaaS environments (e.g., FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOX, SOC
2) - Familiarity with SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth)
- Understanding of role‑based access control and audit readiness practices
- Experience working in environments requiring strong change management and governance discipline
- Enterprise SaaS platform configuration and administration
- Access governance, role‑based security models, and authentication concepts
- Software testing methodologies, including UAT and release validation
- Regulatory and compliance considerations for system usage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capability
- Ability to configure, test, and validate system functionality
- Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Documentation and process standardization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a controlled and structured environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Ability to maintain system integrity while supporting ongoing enhancements
- Ability to operate independently as a system owner in a regulated environment
No direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide functional guidance or coordination to business and clinical users as needed.
Work Environment / ConditionsAn indoor office space with proper lighting and climate‑controlled setting.
Physical DemandsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
