Blue Mantis is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L1 for a hybrid role in Orlando, Florida. This position requires troubleshooting and providing technical support to end-users both in person and remotely. Candidates must have 2-5 years of help desk experience and be skilled in configuring Windows/MacOS environments.
Work hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Responsibilities include managing tickets, offering phone support, and maintaining documentation. The role may require occasional travel to client sites. Excellent communication skills are essential.
