Business Intelligence Developer

Job Details

Salary: $30 - $35 per hour.

• Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions such as reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document BI requirements.
• Interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction.
• Utilize SSIS for ETL processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the BI solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Conduct regular system tests and implement security measures to safeguard data.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and suggest new methods to improve data analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, Data Scientist, or similar role in the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and SSIS.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles is a plus.
