Data Analyst, Data Engineer
Job Details
Salary: $30 - $35 per hour.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions such as reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document BI requirements.
- Interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction.
- Utilize SSIS for ETL processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the BI solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI tools and systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct regular system tests and implement security measures to safeguard data.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and suggest new methods to improve data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer, Data Scientist, or similar role in the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Cold Fusion, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and SSIS.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles is a plus.
