Job Overview

As a member of the Support organization, your primary objective is to provide exceptional support to Oracle customers, specifically focusing on HL7-based interfaces within the Foreign System Interfaces product. This role enables you to deliver high-quality assistance, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions for our customers. You will resolve post‑sales non‑technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.

You will act as a primary point of contact for customers and facilitate customer relationships with Support, providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

• Interface with customer IT staff to troubleshoot issues arising within HL7-based interfaces.
• Leverage extensive experience in Oracle products and supported platforms.
• Work with general guidance from management while advising on progress and status.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 - $67.88 per hour; from $70,600 - $141,200 per year. May be eligible for equity.
