Systems Analyst II (Onsite at our offices in Orlando, FL – UCF area)
What Will You Do- Work together in a small team of software professionals within an Agile development environment to accomplish team milestones while collaborating with other teams to achieve project strategic goals.
- Be part of shaping the design, processes, and tools used for the project knowing we value entrepreneurship and out of the box thinking.
- Be comfortable being yourself and expressing your personality and personal qualities to influence our tight‑knit software development teams.
- Participate in brainstorming, consensus building and other team activities to identify actions that improve our products and processes.
- Determine business needs and evaluate existing network infrastructure and systems.
- Optimize network hardware and software to enable VMware integration.
- Develop and deploy customized VMware solutions.
- Design and implement virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and enable template management.
- Install operating systems and service packs, as well as security patches and bug fixes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve VMware environment issues.
- Provide technical support and document VMware processes.
- Have Cisco networking experience to include routing, switching, VLANs, Port Channels.
- Build and install computer infrastructure, encompassing hardware and virtual machines, using a VMware environment.
- Maintain and inventory Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including all program‑specific software licenses.
- Provide domestic and international travel to military installations in support of program activities.

- Associate to bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of three to seven years of experience supporting IT projects/programs, networking, integration and/or systems engineering.
- Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy management experience preferred.
- VMware administration, Cisco, Linux, or similar certification a plus.
- Experience in IT protocols, IT systems, and wired/wireless networking infrastructures.
- Highly proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Holds or can obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems; RHEL 8 & 9, Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 & 2025.
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory, server blades, Net App storage, user accounts, and network equipment.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including VLANs, subnets, protocols, and standards.
- Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and containers.
- Thorough understanding of VMware.
