IT Security Project Manager

Overview

This role supports the Security portfolio within Technology & Digital, focusing on enterprise-scale security initiatives. The Project Manager will manage a global MFA rollout across approximately 1,000 applications, ensuring compliance and coordination among app owners and technical teams. The role requires strong execution skills to navigate heavily matrixed environment, driving accountability and adoption across multiple business units.

• High visibility within a global business and IT collaboration
• Interaction with VPs, Directors, and application owners globally
• Opportunity to lead significant security initiatives within a renowned organization

• 10-15+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale projects
• Strong background in deploying MFA projects
• Knowledge of identity management tools like Okta, Ping, etc.
• Agile, Scrum, and PMP background

• Manage schedules, risks, and escalations across global time zones
• Track progress and compliance for all applications
• Communicate status to executives and prepare progress reports
• Create Power Points and talking points for SVP-level briefings
• Drive accountability, timelines, and adoption across multiple business units
