Position Overview
The IT Analyst Associate, Technology Business Management (TBM), reports to the TBM Manager. The role performs contract reviews following the Contract Intake Process, collects and analyzes vendor performance data, assists with vendor onboarding, ensures compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements, and monitors vendor compliance. Additionally, the role supports IT/CE financial dashboards for reporting capital and operational spend.
Responsibilities- Assist in implementation and maintenance of the TBM framework to align IT/CE investments with enterprise goals.
- Collaborate with the TBM Analyst and other IT/CE personnel to collect, measure, and report on KPIs and SLOs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, invoice processing, and cost allocation for IT/CE spend.
- Conduct contract reviews, routing, and invoice processing; support budget planning.
- Maintain vendor performance tracking systems and assist with contract negotiations, SLAs, and vendor relationships.
- Manage procurement activities including SOW, RFI, RFQ, and RFP in coordination with procurement/supply chain.
- Collaborate with GRC team to ensure vendor compliance and SLA monitoring.
- Perform data entry for reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights into IT/CE spend.
- Assist with training and support for TBM adoption across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Stay informed on TBM frameworks, industry standards, and emerging trends.
- Maintain HIPAA, privacy, and confidentiality standards in all IT/CE operations.
- Associate’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, vendor relationship management, or technology business management.
- Critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
- Proficient use of office productivity software, MS Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and regulatory compliance.
