Major Purpose

The Analytics Manager is responsible for driving innovation of advanced media strategies that deliver measurable performance. The role leads the development of audience‑first marketing strategies, flawless campaign execution, and sophisticated testing plans. The Manager will coach and guide a team of analysts, ensuring partner and company success while providing insights that help partners achieve their marketing goals.

Major Responsibilities
  • Provide support, guidance, and coaching to 4‑6 direct reporting analysts.
  • Lead partner engagement for assigned accounts.
  • Proactively monitor partner campaign performance and make necessary optimizations with minimal managerial oversight.
  • Maintain accurate partner‑facing and internal detailed reporting for optimization, utilizing Looker Studio for visualization.
  • Oversee partners’ budgets to keep campaign spend within targeted ranges while maintaining performance goals.
  • Maintain partner data collection, aggregation, and reporting.
  • Conduct adhoc partner analysis (root‑cause, deep‑dive) and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Lead data storytelling for partner presentation decks.
  • Execute regular work within platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Meta for reporting and optimization.
  • Work cross‑functionally with the Marketing team to track partner campaign goals.
  • Contribute and lead in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, team‑based environment.
  • Manage data aggregation and automation using dashboards; regularly check in with partners as an extension of their team.
  • Assist and lead in maintaining and improving internal processes.
  • Additional data management/SQL experience is a plus.
Requirements
  • 8+ years experience with digital media, business intelligence, and/or web analytics.
  • 1+ year of management experience.
  • Experience optimizing media from platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, data curiosity, and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Working knowledge of 2‑3 of the following:
    Meta, DCM, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with BI/report platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Datorama, Google Cloud, Data Studio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and systematic approach.
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.
Education & Experience
  • 6+ years relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
Physical Requirements

Periods sitting at a desk and monitoring a computer (ergonomic sit‑stand desks available).
