Senior Project Manager (Publishing Portfolio):

Optomi is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an exciting long-term opportunity with a large enterprise organization in Orlando, FL. This individual will support a portfolio of business and technology initiatives, driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, Agile delivery, and organizational accountability across multiple concurrent work streams.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating structure where it does not exist, and has experience leading cross‑functional teams through complex project life cycles.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs
• Agile and Scrum delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
• Experience utilizing Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile best practices
• Experience driving accountability across cross‑functional teams

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple initiatives
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and project governance activities
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Business, and Technology teams
• Provide executive‑level reporting and status updates
• Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery
• Support resource planning and capacity discussions
• Drive accountability and project execution across teams
• Maintain project documentation and project tracking tools
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives and delivery timelines
