How You will Make an Impact

• Collaborate with business representatives to develop innovative process solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage global demand, provide process consulting, and offer business support for ERP systems.
• Work with key business partners to develop requirements and functional specifications.
• Complete FICO configuration to define global standard processes in SAP and develop test cases and manage test activities.
• Lead IT projects for small to medium-sized initiatives and oversee IT providers for application maintenance and change requests.
• Collaborate with other application teams, Basis and Security teams, and the Service Desk team.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in global governance, managing demand, and providing business support for IT-integrated processes in a multinational environment.
• 5+ years of experience in setting up SAP configuration in the areas of Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, COPA) and understanding of FICO integration with other SAP modules and ability to manage small to medium-sized projects.
• Experience in managing external providers for ERP system changes and support and ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments.
