Job Description
The Associate Producer in API Integrations will build and maintain EBG's offers with respect to agreement details, cost, and sales price for ticket products, event products, and touring products in the EBG backend database and various other internal systems.
In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of how our API integrations connect and share information, directly supporting our ability to present and sell products accurately across our sites, ensuring tickets reflect current pricing, dates, and event details. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and load information, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless product performance across EBG's platforms.
Additionally, you will identify anomalies, failures, or irregularities in API activity and verify the health of order processing across all active API partners to support consistent, reliable operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve API-related errors, ensuring reliable and expected product functionality.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure website efficiencies, troubleshoot purchase paths and product offerings, to create an overall best guest experience.
- Identify partner-specific trends, system issues, outages, or maintenance events, and escalate emerging risks before they escalate into larger incidents.
- Maintain consistent, organized documentation of issues, actions, and follow-ups across internal workflow systems.
- Validate failed bookings and cancellations to ensure proper notifications are generated, documented in tracking tools, and successfully rebooked or escalated with clear instructions.
- Support the management of admin functionality as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to launch offers and execute campaigns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this early career role will have technical aptitude, great attention to detail, basic html skills, ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately and assist in solving technical problems and avoiding product inaccuracies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ year of experience in ticketing systems or the entertainment industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and various internet browsers.
- Basic HTML proficiency (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing, links).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and exceptional attention to detail.
- Collaborative, goal-oriented team player who is resourceful and proactive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate strong self-direction, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks proactively.
- Availability to work a 9am-6pm schedule, including onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and other occasions as needed.
- Experience with software such as JIRA or Zendesk from a customer service or technical support role a plus.
