As a GETPAID Consultant II within Professional Services, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them improve order‑to‑cash efficiency, increase visibility into receivables, and drive stronger cash flow outcomes. You will partner with clients to successfully implement and optimize FIS solutions by analyzing data, business processes, and operational requirements to support data mapping, system configuration, and integration activities.
Leveraging your subject matter expertise, you will guide clients through implementation by defining solution roadmaps, leading key work streams, and providing recommendations aligned to industry best practices. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and coach clients through system setup, ensuring a successful and sustainable go‑live.
You will join the North America GETPAID Professional Services business consulting team, focused on delivering successful implementations and guiding clients through order‑to‑cash transformation. In this role, you will work cross‑functionally with project managers, technical consultants, product teams, and client stakeholders, while collaborating with a broader global delivery organization. Our team brings strong functional expertise and a practical, client‑focused approach to solving complex business challenges.
Whatyou will be doing
- Leading the functional delivery of GETPAID implementations, owning requirements gathering, solution design, and client outcomes
- Serving as a subject matter expert in order‑to‑cash processes by analyzing client data and workflows to design optimized solutions, including data mappings and process improvements
- Translating business needs into solution designs and partnering with technical teams to deliver configured, integrated solutions
- Driving successful project execution by working across cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment, quality, and on‑time delivery
- Building strong client relationships and guiding customers through implementation, testing, and adoption to ensure long‑term success
- Deep, hands‑on experience across the full end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) lifecycle
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies in O2C processes and implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
- Strong experience with collections management, including managing outstanding receivables, resolving disputes, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Ability to maintain positive customer relationships while effectively driving collections and ensuring timely payments
- Experience working with ERP systems and understanding how they support order‑to‑cash processes and data flow
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation abilities
- Ability to translate client business requirements into technical specifications and clearly communicate solutions to both business and technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience

Occasional, based on project demands - Travel percentage for this role: 35‑40%
- Experience working with GETPAID, particularly within Cash Application or Credit modules
- Experience with competing order‑to‑cash or receivables automation platforms
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to support a diverse client base
