Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst

4 Corner Resources is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst for a fast‑moving digital analytics and testing team based in Orlando. The team covers digital analytics and testing across Marketing, Analytics, and business leadership.

• Analyze paid and owned channel performance to surface trends, creative insights, and optimization opportunities
• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI across digital and offline channels
• Build and maintain multi‑touch attribution models and incrementality testing frameworks
• Design and execute A/B tests using statistically sound methods
• Conduct customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and lifecycle/retention analytics
• Build scalable dashboards and reporting tools
• Query and validate large datasets using SQL and cloud platforms
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• 4+ years in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or growth analytics
• Advanced SQL skills with hands‑on experience at scale
• Direct experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Big Query
• Working knowledge of attribution models, A/B testing, and marketing measurement methodology
• Experience with customer segmentation, funnel analysis, or audience analytics
• Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences

• Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
• Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr.
• Employment Type: Contract (12 months, potential to convert)
