Role: Improve operational efficiency, productivity, capacity planning, and revenue through data analysis, industrial engineering techniques, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operations and identify process improvements.
• Perform capacity, demand, productivity, and root cause analyses.
• Use statistics, simulation, optimization, and queueing models.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Conduct field studies and operational assessments.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to leadership.
• Lead/supervise a non-exempt team.

Education & Experience:
