Summary
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, remove delivery impediments, and support alignment across multiple teams in a scaled Agile environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize, refine, and manage product backlogs.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, story decomposition, estimation, and delivery planning.
- Remove impediments and help teams achieve predictable and sustainable delivery outcomes.
- Foster self-organizing, accountable, and high-performing teams.
- Coordinate dependencies, risks, and delivery activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Support program-level planning and alignment within scaled Agile environments.
- Track and communicate team progress, risks, and key metrics.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
- Advocate engineering best practices, including CI/CD, Dev Ops, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- 5–7 years of Agile/Scrum experience, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Experience supporting multiple teams in scaled Agile or enterprise delivery environments.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of:
- Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Backlog management and story decomposition
- Sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD practices and Agile engineering methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms and large-scale software implementations.
- Proven ability to drive delivery, manage dependencies, and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
