  • Be the go‑to expert driving data science strategy and best practices
  • Mentor and elevate the team coach, review, and delegate for growth

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Math, or similar quantitative field
• 0–5+ years’ building and deploying predictive models; more years may be considered at a higher level
• Strong data science, ML, forecasting, and coding in Python, R, or similar
• Translate data into insight with visualization, SQL, and modern BI/data engineering tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalents)
• Agile, hands‑on mindset, streamlining workflows and managing code with Git or similar
• Able to own complex projects, mentor others, and eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
• Supply chain or demand planning experience a plus, not a prerequisite
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
