Senior Workday HRIS Analyst

Overview

Optomi, in partnership with a leading HR technology solutions provider, is looking for a Senior HR Technology Support Analyst to join their team. As a part of the product organization, the Workday HCM team seeks an experienced and dynamic resource to support existing HR technology solutions. This contract role will serve as a Workday subject matter expert for a 16-month project focusing on HR systems optimization.

The analyst will assess current Workday configurations, identify improvement opportunities in security and business processes, and configure new Workday features, including AI capabilities.

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday administration and functionality.
• Conduct discovery sessions with partners to determine pain points.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into system design.
• Implement enhancements to business process functionality and security.
• Support the implementation and transformation of HR systems, including post-production hypercare.

• 8+ years of related business experience.
• Expertise in Workday modules: HCM, Security, Absence, or Core/Advanced Compensation.
• Experience with SAP HR and service management tools like Service Now or JIRA.
