Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL
. This is an Onsite,
Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $83,000 - $104,000 (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., EIA-649, MIL-STD-HDBK 61)
- Experience developing and analyzing reports and metrics
- History of working on Department of Defense (DoD) contracts
- Ability to read and understand contract documents
- Experience in design review, design release, and change management
- Experience reviewing and processing contract deliverables
- Ability to process engineering documentation and drawings, including change control
- Coordination skills with other disciplines for configuration data management
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks
- Proficiency with version control tools
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Support the configuration management department in managing end item configuration documentation, including contract deliverables, software, and BOM data
- Use configuration management tools and communicate status via reports and metrics
- Review and process contract deliverables against requirements
- Process engineering documentation, drawings, and change requests
- Coordinate with relevant teams to support configuration data management
- Prioritize and organize task responsibilities effectively
- Maintain and utilize version control systems
- Generate reports and metrics to track configuration status
