Overview

As a Service Now Consulting Senior Manager at EY, you will lead Service Now Transformation teams, managing delivery of technology transformation projects and programs. This client‑facing role requires leading both technical and non‑technical project teams, managing timelines, costs, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, and manage engagement economics effectively.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Drive and support sales activities with EY pursuit teams including proposal development and sales presentations.
  • Lead and develop strategies for Service Now‑enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on business case and roadmap development.
  • Act as an engagement manager across all aspects of a Service Now IT/OM Asset Management project, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
  • Manage 2–3 engagements and mentor multidisciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
  • Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
  • Excellent business acumen, fact‑based decision making and conflict resolution.
  • Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OM Asset Management process implementations.
  • Analyze IT/OM Asset Management people, process and technology capabilities and recommend best practices for strategic roadmaps.
  • Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes.
  • Experience with Service Now AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Control Tower) and their application across ITAM, HAM, SAM, OT asset management, and CMDB‑driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms such as Armis, supporting asset discovery and workflow integration.
  • Shape AI‑enabled asset management roadmaps that improve visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk, operational resiliency and business value.
  • Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of relevant Service Now implementation experience.
  • 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, preferably at Senior Manager or Director level.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
    • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
  • Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills, including executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building and organization.
  • Ability to develop presentations, roadmaps and proposals for all levels of management.
  • Experience defining contextual, conceptual and logical models aligning business and technical capabilities.
  • Experience leading and supervising teams.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
Preferred
  • Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience.
  • Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions – Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower.
  • Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms such as Nozomi.

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with base salary range U.S. $171,600–$392,100; NYC, WA, CA (excluding Sacramento) $205,900–$445,700.
