Job Summary Our client, a leading Media and Entertainment provider, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their B2B Product Solutions team.

Key Details 1.5‑year contract, Orlando, FL, Onsite Monday‑Thursday, Remote Friday. This position is W‑2 only. We do not work with third‑party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities
  • Owning and evolving a portfolio of internal B2B platforms that support core enterprise capabilities, including project and portfolio management (PPM), planning, execution, reporting, and integrations.
  • Leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives across PPM and Atlassian product suites to enable B2B product teams.
  • Partnering closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate vision and strategy into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and on‑time delivery.
  • Developing and managing detailed program and project plans in partnership with Product Managers and delivery teams.
  • Translating product strategy and roadmaps into executable work streams, milestones, and delivery plans.
  • Identifying dependencies, critical paths, and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Establishing clear communication models and cadences with executives, product leaders, technical teams, and business partners.
  • Creating polished, visually engaging presentations that simplify complex messages and stakeholder input into clear, compelling presentations, using strong visual storytelling to communicate intent, progress, and outcomes.
  • Working closely with engineering and delivery teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and ensure commitment to delivery plans.
  • Supporting teams in clarifying requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient execution.
  • Ensuring alignment across product, technology, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identifying project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
  • Developing and executing mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Defining and tracking key delivery metrics related to project health, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Leveraging tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Smartsheet to analyze data and produce meaningful insights.
  • Creating reports, dashboards, and summaries that support decision‑making and prioritization.
Required Skills/Experience (Must‑Haves)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 15 years of experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technical project and program management within complex, enterprise environments.
  • Strong project/program management background.
  • Strong experience with Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
  • Atlassian Cloud experience is required.
  • Ability to work with technical teams and understand tooling/processes.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience leading projects from inception through delivery, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate vision, strategy, and requirements clearly to engineering teams and business partners.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in a complex, hybrid, and fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice‑to‑Haves)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience supporting B2B product teams in large, enterprise organizations.
  • Prior experience presenting delivery status and outcomes to executive leadership.

Location:

Orlando, FL. Onsite Monday‑Thursday, Remote Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:
Approx. $75.00–$82.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
