Internal Audit and Financial Advisory Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions
• Participate in Passport to Protiviti onboarding program and The Consulting Challenge experiential learning course
• Learn alongside experienced leaders and advisors to develop a strong understanding of business processes, regulatory environments, and risk/control frameworks
• Assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate insights that contribute meaningfully to client engagements
• Manage time and priorities effectively, take ownership of assignments, and contribute meaningfully to team outcomes
• Participate in committees, employee network groups, and social, civic, and networking activities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields)
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
• Technical proficiency aligning with the assigned capability area
• Relevant experience with specific skills:
  Understanding of internal audit processes, including the use of emerging technologies, handling and analyzing data in various formats
