OverviewThe IT Service Management (ITSM) role is responsible for governing, optimizing, and supporting IT service delivery processes across the client infrastructure environment. This role ensures adherence to best practices, improves service quality, and enhances operational efficiency through process standardization and tool optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize ITSM processes including:
- Change Management
- Asset & Configuration Management
- Administer and support ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira)
- Develop reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to track service performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user experience
- Ensure proper documentation, knowledge base maturity, and process compliance
- Coordinate with Infra Ops, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align service delivery
- Process‑oriented professional with strong ITSM and governance background
- Focus on service quality, process optimization, and operational excellence
