Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, FL seeks a part-time IT Support Specialist to provide desktop hardware/software support and assist with new system installations.
You’ll be the first contact for users by phone, email, chat, or ticketing, resolve incidents, document steps, and escalate complex issues to senior staff. Weekend-focused role with Saturdays and Sundays, evenings and occasional weekdays required to support performances and events.
