IT Project Manager

4 Corner Resources is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple medium and occasionally large internal IT or business projects. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project delivery including financial, scope, schedule, and risk management while ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. This is a great fit for someone who wants ownership over both SaaS rollouts and internal development work, with room to grow into a long‑term seat.

• Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver IT and business initiatives on time and on budget
• Manage a mix of SaaS implementation projects and internal development projects from planning through go‑live
• Build and maintain project schedules for software deployments, coordinating timing with related hardware purchases and rollouts
• Oversee or contribute to site readiness assessments for projects that involve hardware deployment
• Identify and secure project resources, manage risks early, and track progress using established PMO processes and tools
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures with accurate financial reporting
• Facilitate project reviews, executive updates, and governance audits
• Drive continuous improvement across project management practices, reporting, and metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• 8 or more years managing IT or business projects with strong team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
• Hands‑on experience across multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative
• Experience managing both SaaS and internal software development projects
• Ability to adapt leadership style to varying teams and project conditions
• Clear verbal and written communication across all levels of an organization
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity or JIRA
• Strong analytical and financial management skills

• Schedule:
  
  Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
• Pay Rate:
  Starting at $60/hour
• Duration: 1‑year contract with strong potential to convert to permanent (contract‑to‑hire)
