Senior Technical Program Manager
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end digital commerce initiatives that enhance customer experience across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms. This role bridges Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Operations to deliver scalable, high‑performing digital experiences. The successful candidate combines strong technical program leadership with a deep understanding of modern commerce platforms, customer experience, and software engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital commerce capabilities from discovery through production launch.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering to define technical delivery plans and release strategies.
- Coordinate multiple engineering teams delivering customer-facing applications and backend services.
- Manage dependencies across APIs, commerce platforms, identity, payments, search, personalization, and analytics.
- Drive program governance, sprint planning, release readiness, and implementation planning.
- Ensure scalability, accessibility, performance, and operational readiness are incorporated throughout delivery.
- Coordinate testing strategies, production validation, and post-release monitoring.
- Track delivery health using engineering metrics and business outcomes.
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans across distributed teams.
- 7+ years leading technical software delivery programs.
- Experience with enterprise commerce or digital experience platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-native applications, frontend/backend architectures, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience partnering directly with engineering leadership and product organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills.
- Experience with Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Experience delivering omnichannel commerce capabilities.
- Familiarity with experimentation, analytics, personalization, and customer data platforms.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
