IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Systems & Technology Analysis
Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst – a key role within Disney’s Enterprise Technology organization. The position focuses on ensuring effective delivery of applications that support HR operations and strategy.

Lead project initiatives from start to finish across multiple cross‑functional areas. The role manages scheduling, communication, risk, and budgets, and drives alignment between technology solutions and business strategies.
Project Delivery- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring execution aligns with goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and outcomes.
- Create and manage master project schedules, roadmaps, and communication plans.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Oversee project financials, including resource and expense forecasting.
- Foster a self‑organizing, adaptive team environment, ensuring high‑value delivery.
- Prepare status reports in Smartsheet and/or MS PowerPoint, detailing project health, KPIs, risks, and next steps.
- Maintain data visualizations to showcase project metrics and analytics.
- Update and maintain project documentation in Clarity.
- Lead project meetings, ensuring goals are met and actions are clearly defined.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders, tech teams, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project updates and elevate issues when necessary.
- Send weekly or bi‑weekly PSRs to project stakeholders.
Support various development models (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and tools such as Jira. Use collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Teams) to support project management and documentation. Follow Enterprise Technology PMO’s “OnePMO Standard” framework for project delivery.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Minimum of 7+ years of related work experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, focusing on business process mapping and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and proactive, resourceful, flexible mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including technical writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to build partnerships.
- At least 2 years of full project lifecycle experience (requirements development through implementation).
- At least 2 years experience working with Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) applications for configuration, testing, or equivalent.
- Exposure to project management tasks via participation on small to large scale projects.
- Working knowledge of HR disciplines.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, Visio, Project).
- Familiarity with testing software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. STEM background is highly preferred.
Key Compensation & BenefitsSalary ranges by location:
Orlando, FL: $111,900 – $150,000 per year.
Burbank, CA: $117,500 – $157,500 per year.
Seattle, WA: $123,000 – $165,000 per year. Base pay will be adjusted for internal equity and individual qualifications. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units, along with medical, financial, and other benefits, may also be provided.
