• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 3-5 years of professional experience; or 1-3 years with a related Masters degree
• At least 2 years of experience with C++
• Experience with System/Software Integration Lab (SIL) performing test planning, procedure development, and execution of manual and automated tests
• Experience in an agile team environment using daily scrums, sprint cadence, program increments, and epic-based release schedules
• Scripting automated tests and data analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
• Ability to perform hardware and software integration using COTS or bespoke tools to evaluate software against requirements, identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide resolution recommendations
• Experience in analysis of software problems

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems
• Translate customer requirements into system test solutions considering technical, schedule, and cost constraints
• Establish functional and technical specifications, define input/output parameters, and ensure full system/subsystem integration
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities with programs and other organizations
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports validating system performance
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to verify/validate fixes
