Position overview:

We are seeking a Wave Technical Systems Manager (Tsm) to administer, maintain, and support the Motorola Wave platform, ensuring system availability, interoperability, and operational readiness in support of the Primary/Dsr Core.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support the Motorola Wave platform, ensuring system availability and interoperability
• Support Primary/Dsr Core operations from the Orlando facility
• Troubleshoot Wave connectivity and interoperability issues across Lmr, Lte, and satellite-based communications pathways
• Coordinate Wave-related system updates and configuration changes with the Dhs Cloud Team and Taccom engineering staff
• Support testing, deployment, and operational readiness reviews for Wave-based interoperability solutions

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience administering the Motorola Wave platform or comparable push-to-talk-over-cellular (Poc) interoperability systems
• Experience supporting 24/7/365 mission-critical communications core operations
• Working knowledge of Lmr, Lte, and satellite-based tactical communications integration
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience
