Position overview:
We are seeking a Wave Technical Systems Manager (Tsm) to administer, maintain, and support the Motorola Wave platform, ensuring system availability, interoperability, and operational readiness in support of the Primary/Dsr Core.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support the Motorola Wave platform, ensuring system availability and interoperability
- Support Primary/Dsr Core operations from the Orlando facility
- Troubleshoot Wave connectivity and interoperability issues across Lmr, Lte, and satellite-based communications pathways
- Coordinate Wave-related system updates and configuration changes with the Dhs Cloud Team and Taccom engineering staff
- Support testing, deployment, and operational readiness reviews for Wave-based interoperability solutions
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience administering the Motorola Wave platform or comparable push-to-talk-over-cellular (Poc) interoperability systems
- Experience supporting 24/7/365 mission-critical communications core operations
- Working knowledge of Lmr, Lte, and satellite-based tactical communications integration
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience

Salary description $89,000 - $137,100 per year
