Cook Systems is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Specialist to configure, install, monitor, and maintain IT user desktop software and hardware. This role supports our mobile workforce and provides expert consultation to IT users for end‑user computing and desktop‑based LAN systems software.
You will guide users through Tier 2 support, collaborate with vendors for Tier 3 issues, and help develop end‑user guidelines while training staff on desktop packages.
