- Duties:
Manage Blueprint and Build phases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshop coordination with stakeholders to capture requirements and drive consensus.
• Develope and maintained the test schedule, overseeing system testing requirements and issue resolution.
• Partnere with business users on data cleansing initiatives and defined post go live data strategy.
• Designed and administered the JIRA project structure, configuring issue types, workflows, and permissions.
• Generate IMS updates directly from JIRA data, providing real time platform status and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate landscape and data snapshot activities with non ERP teams to ensure consistency across environments.
• Produce platform level status reports and metrics to support decision making and continuous improvement.
