* + Performs routine tasks such as phone setup, voicemail configuration, password resets, and basic user support.

+ Responds to low-complexity service tickets and escalate issues as appropriate.

+ Provides on-site and remote support for common voice and telephone issues.

+ Performs basic troubleshooting of voice related equipment.

+ Supports routine maintenance activities following established procedures.

+ Assists in maintaining inventory of telecommunications equipment and supplies.

+ Documents work performed, service requests, and updates according to standards.

+ Coordinates with team members on basic voice and data cabling activities as needed.

+ Learns and adheres to organizational policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

+ Works collaboratively with team members to support system reliability and customer satisfaction.

+ Participates in training and skill development related to voice technologies.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
* + Basic verbal and written communication skills. [Preferred]

+ Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures. [Preferred]

+ Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. [Preferred]

+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team. [Preferred]

+ Familiarity with telephones, computers and office equipment. [Preferred]

+ Foundational knowledge of voice, PBX, and VoIP concepts.  [Preferred]
