Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst / Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our Digital Experience team. In this role, you will translate business goals into clear, actionable technical requirements while guiding cross‑functional teams through each stage of execution. You will be responsible for driving digital initiatives to successful delivery—on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is equally comfortable managing day‑to‑day project details and pushing work forward with urgency and clarity.
Experience in the cruise line or broader travel and hospitality industry is a strong plus. You will also perform other duties as assigned.
- Business Analysis & Requirements: You will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Product, IT, and Operations to define business goals and success metrics, ensuring alignment and clarity from the start. You will translate business needs into well‑structured user stories and technical requirements that drive effective execution. Your work includes creating detailed documentation—such as PRDs, BRDs, process flows, acceptance criteria, and solution diagrams—to support consistent communication and delivery.
You will also facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, drive decision‑making, and establish a unified understanding of project objectives. Throughout the process, you will proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies to guide scope, timelines, and overall solution integrity. - Project & Delivery Management: You will own end‑to‑end project execution—from initial discovery through final launch—to ensure smooth, predictable, and high‑quality delivery. You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, and resource coordination strategies that keep cross‑functional teams aligned and moving efficiently. Throughout each initiative, you will closely track scope, budget, risks, and deliverables to maintain transparency and control. You will facilitate strong alignment between internal teams and external vendors, enabling coordinated execution and timely progress.
A key part of your role is proactively identifying and removing blockers, escalating issues when needed, and ensuring momentum is sustained to meet project goals. - Agile Leadership / Scrum Master: In this role, you will lead core Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming—to ensure consistent progress and team alignment. You will maintain a prioritized, well‑refined product backlog that balances business priorities with technical feasibility. By promoting Agile best practices and reinforcing process consistency, you will help teams operate efficiently and predictably. You will also play a key role in improving delivery velocity and strengthening cross‑functional collaboration through coaching, workflow optimization, and strong communication that keeps all team members engaged and empowered.
- Technical Translation & Execution: You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to validate feasibility, refine solution designs, and ensure technical decisions consistently support business objectives. You will leverage your understanding of APIs, CMS platforms, analytics implementations, and digital integrations to guide solutioning efforts and assist with troubleshooting when needed. You will support QA processes, coordinate UAT activities, and prepare teams for launch readiness to ensure every release meets quality expectations.
Throughout the project lifecycle, you will ensure that all technical solutions align with business goals, adhere to UX standards, and ultimately deliver seamless, high‑quality digital experiences.

- 5+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Delivery, or similar roles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proven ability to manage digital or web‑based initiatives
