Digital and Data Strategy Intern

The Digital and Data Strategy Team drives Visit Orlando’s digital strategy, data innovation, and eNews communications. The team manages websites/app, analytics, and eNewsletters to deliver personalized content and measurable results. They also oversee data governance and leverage emerging technologies to enhance visitor engagement and support strategic goals.

Markets include US, Canada, UK/Ireland, Germany, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico.

The Digital and Data Strategy Intern duties may include the opportunity to:

• Work on multiple projects with multiple leaders at the same time
• Involved in researching, planning, and executing global marketing campaigns
• Complete special research projects as assigned
• Work with other disciplines (areas) of the company
• Monitor and report on eCRM and digital campaign performance, website traffic, and audience engagement using analytics platforms such as GA4, DOMO, and email automation platform, Act On
• Support the accuracy and development of cards/dashboards and insights for internal stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions
• Compile member-facing eMail and website advertising reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Work in an ever-changing atmosphere where each day presents a new project and learning experience

• Must be enrolled in college courses
• Must be able to provide your own housing and transportation
• Must be able to work in the United States
• Must be able to work between 20-24 hours a week; 3 days a week (M-TH)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptable, organized, and thrive in a team (independently and collaboratively)
• Previous industry or internship experience is a bonus!

Interns will be paid $16per hour
