Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities Overview of the Technical Business Analyst:

Supporting enterprise Oracle HCM environment - maintenance, enhancements, new features, upgrades, etc.
Eliciting and documenting requirements - liaison between business users and technical teams - BRDs, FRDs, technical requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, Test Cases, Traceability
Working through workflows and process maps, writing stories in Jira, and relaying back to Developers
Participating in scrum meetings, stand ups – 3 weeks sprints
Provide recommendations on what services, tools, format, and relay back to the developers to recreate stories
Helping workstream manage through process
Follow up on assignments with technical team

Required Experience:

5+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience
Oracle HCM experience
Eliciting and documenting requirements: FRDs, Technical Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, Test Cases, Traceability
Hybrid Agile and Waterfall experience
Oracle reporting capabilities – OTBI and BIP
SQL experience – writing and executing SQL scripts

Preferred Experience:

Oracle Analytics Cloud
Oracle Certifications
Enterprise, global experience
