as the senior analyst, in-park revenue analytics & strategy, you will play a key role in driving data informed decision-making to shape revenue growth initiatives across our in-park business. You will analyze guest behavior, pricing, promotional effectiveness, and sales data to identify actionable insights that optimize revenue strategies across food & beverage, retail, ancillary, and zoo operations. Reporting directly to the director of revenue analytics & strategy, this is a highly collaborative, analytical role focused on turning data into business value.

• analyze in-park revenue data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (e.g., revenue per capita), and provide actionable insights.
• build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance across revenue streams.
• support the development and refinement of pricing strategies, product mix evaluations, and promotional effectiveness assessments.
• conduct ad hoc analyses to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
• assist in managing vendor tools and systems that support analytics and bi reporting.
• partner with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and park operations to support revenue optimization initiatives.
• contribute to financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning efforts.
• support data governance and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of analytics outputs.

what it takes to succeed:

• bachelor's degree required; preferred fields: business analytics, data science, finance, economics, or related disciplines. A master's degree is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, pricing strategy, or revenue management — ideally in a consumer-facing industry (e.g., theme parks, hospitality, retail, or entertainment).
• proficiency in sql, power bi, bigquery, excel, and other analytical tools; experience with alteryx, sac, or similar platforms is a plus.
• strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with data modeling and scenario analysis.
• familiarity with pricing, promotions, and consumer behavior analytics.
• excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
• strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
• experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
