- -Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- -Troubleshoot service issues to resolve errors on a live site and manage website creations, updates, and break/fix requests
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Platform Engineer to join their Guest Content Experience team. The Content Experience team is responsible for the direct support on guest interaction and experiences for web and mobile products. The Team knows the entire content/application pipeline from content to surface and work with the application teams to develop and manipulate configurations. If there is an issue with the website, this team works conjointly with the code, the content or configuration, working with JSON responses, outputs, discover the root cause of secondary level triage, configuration management and work in data environment.
The position day to day is part technology, part production, part systems analyst, part management, part QA, etc. Mostly, however, they act as the support team that sits in between the development teams and the Content Producer teams.
$68.26/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
