Performs tech planning, design, development, integration, and validation for total system life cycle. Analyses performed at all levels of system product including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance & disposal, incorporating design methods & standards for Cyber Security, SW & HW infrastructure. Designs, develops, documents, tests & debugs SW that contains logical & math solutions to business/mission problems/questions in computer language.

Ensures the logical & system conversion of customer/product reqs into total syst solutions that acknowledge tech, sched, cost constraints & align to SW & HW deployment pipelines & factories. Performs func & timeline analysis, detail trade & reqs allocation & interface defs studies to translate customer reqs into HW & SW feature defs & acceptance criteria. Applies stds, processes, procedures & tools throughout the devel life cycle.

Applies HW & SW knowledge, cyber security stds in business/mission apps, & feedback from users to develop SW. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles doc of program devel & analyzes syst capabilities to resolve program problems, output/input data acq, programming tech & controls. Ensures SW stds are met. Validates incorp of features & use cases into implemented designs

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years related experience
  • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining Git Lab CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with containerization and using tools such as Docker or Podman
  • Experience with scripting in languages such as Bash, Power Shell, and Python
  • Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC) and writing Ansible playbooks
  • Experience with container orchestration via Kubernetes or Openshift
  • Strong experience with object-oriented programming languages (such as C++, C#, Python, Ruby, Objective-C)

Skills:

  • Master's degree
  • Advanced Expertise in Git Lab CI/CD, including advanced pipeline configuration, job artifacts, and dependency management
  • Advanced Expertise with Git Lab Runner, including installation, configuration, and management of runners
  • Advanced Expertise with Python and bash scripting

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
