  • Analyze complex, high-volume data from various sources to derive actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain standardized visualizations and dashboards
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests by developing reports or dashboards
  • Support regular KPI report delivery
  • Synthesize analytical findings and present data clearly to diverse business audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver insights
  • Improve reporting processes using industry trends and best practices
  • Provide technical support and training on analytical tools and methodologies
  • Design, develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards, reports, and HR analytical solutions
  • Translate business requirements into user-friendly visualizations and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain data models, measures, KPIs, and reporting standards using Power BI and related technologies such as Workday
  • Support global HR metrics and workforce analytics for HR leadership, HR business partners, centers of excellence, and business leaders
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes
  • Respond to ad hoc analytics and reporting requests within agreed service levels
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Sustainability, Payroll, Legal, and other functions
  • Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and audit activities
  • Contribute to Brambles' people analytics and reporting capability
  • Translate complex business questions into analytics solutions and visualizations
  • Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities in large HR datasets
Requirements
  • Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions in a business environment
  • Strong experience in data visualization, dashboard design, and storytelling with data
  • Experience building and maintaining Power BI data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting findings to business stakeholders
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies
  • Experience managing priorities and delivering multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of HR data analysis and good understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes and cross-functional interdependencies
  • Experience with cyclical processes, including Employee Engagement Surveys, EEO, Gender Pay Gap, Annual Performance/Salary Reviews, and ESG reporting
  • Experience working with stakeholders in different countries
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Degree or equivalent experience in HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Advanced Power BI development skills, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design and visualization, and performance optimization
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Understanding of HR metrics and workforce planning concepts
