Systems Administrator

• Provide responsive help-desk support and resolve technical issues, including assisting with onboarding new employees
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems
• Administer and support Windows client and server environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Contribute to networking tasks involving routers, switches, and firewalls
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, security protocols, and proactive measures to safeguard digital assets
• Participate in team projects and contribute to continuous improvement of the IT environment
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to prevent disruptions and downtime
• Assist with implementation of new technologies, software, and hardware upgrades
• Manage the IT environment, including user accounts and hardware
• Work closely with global IT professionals, development teams, Dev Ops support, and other stakeholders
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• US citizenship with an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 2-5 years in a Systems Administrator role or related IT positions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals

• Proficiency in administering and supporting Windows client and server environments
• Experience with Linux system administration, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Willingness to take on new challenges and the never-give-up attitude required to overcome them
• Solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively
• CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications desired
• Experience with Microsoft Server systems including Office 365 administration, EntraID/Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, System Canter desired
• Experience with threat detection tools, e.g., Palo Alto Cortex XDR, Crowd Strike Falcon, or similar desired
• Experience with backup and restore tools, e.g., Veeam, Comm Vault, Azure Backup or similar desired
• Knowledge of scripting including Power Shell and Power Automate;
  IaaC tools such as ARM, Terraform, or Ansible is a plus
• Familiarity with information security in relation to CMMC and ISO 27001 standards desired
• Knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Facility Clearance Level (FCL) requirements desired
• Experience working with Palo Alto firewalls and endpoint technologies and products desired

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and continuous improvement in a global team setting.
