Supply-Chain Acceleration Project Lead
This role is for a Supply-Chain Acceleration Project Lead that oversees the development and execution of acceleration strategy initiatives in support of Munition Acceleration Programs. They will be responsible for planning, driving, and delivering projects that improve tools, risk management, affordability, and change management across the global supply-chain community. Clear communication of status, risks, and results to senior leadership and across programs is a core expectation.
Responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned acceleration projects. Develop detailed plans and milestones.
- Lead rollout of supply-chain tools within assigned scope.
- Perform risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning for project deliverables.
- Develop and execute change-management plans for new processes or tools. Communicate benefits, impacts, and adoption steps to stakeholders.
- Produce concise status reports and executive briefings. Highlight successes, issues, and recommended actions for senior leadership.
- Capture lessons learned, update SOPs, and propose improvements to the acceleration framework.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline
- 5 or more years of supply-chain or project management experience in defense or aerospace

- Proficiency with enterprise supply-chain tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and subcontractor management
- Ability to present complex information clearly to senior leaders and peer programs
- Excellent written communication – status briefings, risk logs, executive summaries
Pay Information:
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
